This blog was created as a demonstration of you can set up, design and publish a blog using blogger in about 10 minutes. Blogging is, of course, both a suite of interconnected publishing tools that include a content management system as well as a technique of engaging in a conversation with other bloggers. The technique of blogging is outside the scope of this how-to.
